    Step 1 - Let's Chat

    We will schedule a phone consult to get the many (or few) details of your day you already have planned. We will chat about what blanks you need filled in and what your overall objective for having a coordinator is.

    Your wedding is a personal experience and the coordination you need should be personalized to you. Following our conversation, we will recommend a personalized package that meets your wedding day needs.

  • Step 2 - Let's Do This Thing

    You’ve decided we are a good fit to help make your visions come to life - yay! We will finalize your personalized package and send over a contract. A quick e-signature and paid deposit and we are all yours.

    Congratulations! You’ve booked your dream wedding coordinator and she will work closely with you EVERY. STEP. OF. THE. WAY!

  • Step 3 - From Now 'Til Then

    During our meetings, we’ll chat about all things YOUR wedding. This includes: timelines, decorations, vendors, guest lists, rentals, logistics and photos. The list could go on… it’s all about what YOU need. Ultimately, all the things you’ve thought about - and things you haven’t - will be addressed.

    Don’t forget! Once you’ve booked us, you can text us any questions that come up between planning meetings.

  • Step 4 - THE day

    By this point, we’ve had all our meetings and we understand YOUR vision and are prepared to execute it. We’ve created a timeline guide that keeps every moving part of your day on the same page.

    You have spent so much time and money carefully selecting your vendors and details for this day. We will be there every step of the way to ensure your investments meet your expectations.
